The Residence Maldives welcomes Guest Chef Patrick Vitry from 12 to 16 August 2019 for a series of master classes and set menu experiences.

For five nights only, the accredited chef will be serving a sophisticated French Wine Pairing Set Menu, showcasing his signature talents in the kitchen which will highlight ‘haute’ French cuisine.

Chef Patrick is a maîtres de cuisine, the president of Academie Nationale de la cuisine Francaise for the Indian Ocean and the owner of Ateliers des sens in Mauritius.
