Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible of all recruitment, selection and administration of employees.
• Manage all the administrative tasks in the Human Resource Department.
• Ensure full compliance to all the HR policies of the company.
• Advise all Managers on disciplinary matters and ensure its application.
• Organize all the employee relations events.
• Manage and administrate all types of end of contract.
• Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
• Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
• Reporting as per deadlines.
• Other cognate duties.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years experience in same capability.
• Graduated from Hospitality School.
• Having a Law/Psychology diploma is an advantage.
