Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in training, supervising, and mentoring reservations staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve departmental goals.
• Help manage daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring accuracy in booking processes and adherence to policie
• Handle complex guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
• Monitor and maintain the reservations system, ensuring data accuracy and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with the Reservation Manager to develop pricing strategies and promotional offers to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Assist in preparing regular reports on booking trends, occupancy rates, and customer feedback to inform management decisions.
• Work closely with other departments, including sales, front desk, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless guest experience
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to assist in strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree  or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Proven experience of 3 years in a reservations role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in reservation systems and OPERA.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
