  Day 1: Goddess Care
  Take care of your nervous system by restoring the natural rhythm of sleep, while increasing your body’s natural resistance to stress, anxiety and exhaustion. A slow rhythmic scrub followed by the rain forest facial therapy and a rejuvenating massage will bring you back to the stillness within to experience the sense of tranquillity. (120 minutes per person) *End your say with an Evening Yoga Session
  
  Day 2:
  1. Experience authentic Zanzibar Cooking
  2. Visit Assalam Children Foundation
  3. Hot stone massage (Nourishing): Direct heat from basalt hot stones placed at key points on the body penetrates your deeper muscle layers, helping to relive chronic pain, increase blood circulation and promote deep relaxation.
  
  Day 3:
  1. Private yoga and stress release exercises 2. African Rainfoot Massage: Lavish your feet with a scrub and a floral bath to experience the refreshing, anti-inflammatory and revitalizing properties of Bougainvillea. After that enjoy an age-old technique of releasing blocked energy by stimulating the reflexology points from the feet. (45 minutes)
